About the Villa:
The design blends classic Far East charm with modern luxury, featuring wooden elements, antiques, and a vibrant garden. Soft, adjustable lighting throughout the home enhances its warm ambiance. You can enjoy the private rooftop Sala (Thai pavilion), a poolside Sala, and two separate outdoor areas for relaxing or reading in solitude. The outdoor dining area has ample seating and sun loungers.
The villa is built in an L-shape, with a large master suite, private outdoor space, living room, and study/single room in one wing. The other wing contains two double rooms and one single room, each with a private shower and WC. All rooms open directly onto the garden and pool area, making the house feel spacious even when not fully occupied.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, ice machine, and dishwasher. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the property, and air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room. Ceiling fans and outdoor fans ensure comfort in every space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors in every room provide stunning views of the pool, and most bedrooms feature mosquito nets and electric insect traps.
The estate is highly secure, with 24-hour guard service. There’s also a community restaurant (open October to March) and a 30-meter shared pool.
Electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh, payable upon departure. Everything else is included:
