The house has two floors, are well furnished and covers the most needs for a well-established home.
Ground floor has a small bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, in directly connection with a large outdoor terrace. There is also a built-in backyard behind the house, where things can be stored, and a short passage from backyard to the carpark.
2nd floor has a bigger bathroom and two bedrooms, where the master bedroom has access to a small balcony.
The total living area in the house, included the terrace and the backyard, is approximately 95 square-meters.
Basically, the area of Baan Fanny consists of 22 terrace houses in a good location on Soi 94 and within walking distance to the beach, and the shopping malls Market Village (20 min) and Blue port (18 min).
The communal area features swimming pool and a children’s pool, large common areas with a garden filled with plenty of trees giving shadow.
Our English-speaking staff who lives in the area is taking care of housekeeping to a reasonable price. Additional services include a taxi-service and if you have your own transportation; parking space is available. The staff is always ready to answer your questions.
